AI-Enabled Creative Production
The Opportunity
Generative AI was creating new opportunities to accelerate creative and content production, but the real challenge was not access to the tools.
It was knowing where AI actually belonged in the workflow.
Teams were experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, image generation, and automation in isolated ways, but without a shared production model, quality standards, or clear human review. That created risk around consistency, accuracy, brand voice, and trust.
The opportunity was to move AI from individual experimentation into a structured creative production system.
-
I designed AI-assisted workflows that integrated generative tools into the existing production process rather than treating them as standalone shortcuts.
The model used structured intake and briefs to define the work before generation began, then applied AI to appropriate production steps such as drafting, iteration, summarization, and asset development.
Human creative review remained built into the workflow at key checkpoints, with clear QA standards for accuracy, brand consistency, tone, accessibility, and final approval.
I also developed repeatable prompts, playbooks, and production standards so teams could use the tools consistently instead of relying on individual prompting styles.
The goal was not to automate creativity. It was to remove repetitive production work and create more space for judgment, refinement, and higher-value creative thinking.
-
Moved generative AI from ad hoc experimentation into repeatable production workflows
Reduced manual effort across content-development and production tasks
Increased speed and capacity while maintaining human creative review and quality control
Created reusable prompt structures, workflow standards, and QA checkpoints across teams
Improved consistency by grounding AI output in structured briefs and approved source material
Established a practical model for responsible AI adoption within creative and content organizations
-
The result was an AI-enabled production model where technology increased creative capacity without becoming the creative decision-maker.
