Scaling Creative Production
The Opportunity
Across multiple product lines, creative and product teams were producing large volumes of digital content through different workflows, standards, timelines, and vendor networks.
The result was familiar: duplicated effort, inconsistent quality, slow handoffs, and limited visibility into capacity and performance.
The challenge was not simply to make production faster. It was to build a model that could scale without sacrificing creative quality, accessibility, or consistency.

I led the redesign of the production model across teams, workflows, and external partners.
We standardized intake, production, review, QA, and delivery while creating clearer ownership and shared operating standards across product lines. I partnered with global vendor teams to improve onboarding, capacity planning, and quality management, and introduced repeatable SOPs and governance that made performance easier to measure and manage.
As the model matured, I also integrated automation and AI-assisted workflows into appropriate parts of the production process, using technology to reduce repetitive work while keeping human creative judgment and quality review in place.
The result was a more scalable production system that gave teams greater consistency, visibility, and capacity without lowering the creative bar.
