Digital Products & Experience Design
The Opportunity
Imagine Learning’s digital ecosystem had grown across multiple product lines, each developed independently over time. Individually, the products served students, parents, and educators well. Together, they felt fragmented.
Navigation, visual patterns, accessibility standards, and user flows varied from one experience to another, creating friction for users and making the broader portfolio feel less connected than the brand itself.
The challenge was bigger than visual consistency. We needed to create a shared experience framework that could support different products and audiences while improving accessibility, strengthening trust, and giving teams a more scalable way to design and build.
-
As Senior Director of Technology Solutions & Enablement, I led the cross-functional effort to bring the portfolio into a more unified digital experience.
I partnered with UX, Product, Engineering, and Privacy teams to map user journeys, identify common patterns, and establish shared experience standards across the ecosystem.
Together, we created reusable components, clearer interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and governance that gave individual product teams room to solve for their audiences while still feeling part of one connected brand.
The work also modernized the production model behind the experience, reducing duplication and making future design and development faster and more consistent.
