Creative Production at Scale

Built a scalable creative and content production model supporting a distributed network of 7,500+ contributors while improving speed, consistency, and quality.

CONTEXT

Creative and content production was happening across multiple teams, product lines, and external contributors, each with different workflows, standards, and levels of visibility.

As production volume increased, inconsistent processes, manual coordination, and fragmented quality controls made it harder to scale efficiently.

The challenge was to increase capacity without creating more complexity or sacrificing the quality of the work.

Approach

I led the redesign of the production model across teams, workflows, and external partners.

The work included:

  • Standardizing intake, production, review, and delivery workflows

  • Creating shared quality standards and output guidelines

  • Building clearer ownership and production handoffs across teams

  • Developing scalable onboarding and operating processes for distributed contributors

  • Introducing AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive production work

  • Creating consistent feedback and quality-review loops

  • Improving visibility into capacity, performance, and turnaround time

The goal was to build a production system that could support significantly more work while maintaining consistency and creative standards.

Impact

  • Built a distributed production network of 7,500+ contributors

  • Increased production capacity across teams and product lines

  • Improved consistency across outputs and contributors

  • Reduced production bottlenecks and manual coordination

  • Enabled faster turnaround times across the organization

  • Introduced AI-assisted workflows while maintaining human review and quality control

  • Created a scalable production model that could grow without lowering the creative bar

The result was a more connected production organization with the systems, standards, and capacity required to deliver high-quality work at scale.
