Digital Experience & Platform Unification
Unified fragmented product experiences, design systems, and content workflows across multiple acquired products into a more consistent and scalable digital ecosystem.
CONTEXT
Following multiple acquisitions, product teams were operating across disconnected platforms, workflows, and delivery processes.
Content production, design systems, learning experiences, and digital delivery had evolved independently, creating inconsistency for users and added complexity for internal teams.
The challenge was not only to consolidate systems. It was to create a more connected experience across products while giving teams shared standards and a stronger foundation for future growth.
Approach
I led a cross-functional effort to bring product experience, content production, and delivery into a more unified model.
The work included:
Aligning CMS, LMS, and content-production workflows across product lines
Establishing shared UX, accessibility, and delivery standards
Creating reusable design patterns and structured content templates
Improving consistency across product, UX, and content teams
Simplifying workflows to reduce duplication and accelerate execution
Introducing AI-assisted workflows where they could improve speed and reuse
Building clearer governance and visibility across teams and platforms
The goal was to create enough standardization to improve consistency and scale, while preserving the flexibility individual products needed for their audiences.
Impact
Unified 8+ product lines around a more consistent digital experience and delivery model
Improved consistency across content, workflows, and user experience
Reduced onboarding and production ramp time
Increased scalability across teams and platforms
Accelerated execution and adoption across the organization
Created a stronger foundation for reusable design, content, and AI-enabled workflows
The result was a more cohesive product ecosystem for users and a more efficient way for internal teams to design, produce, and deliver new experiences.
